This Privacy Policy explains how Van Tin Viet Commercial Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Thương mại Vạn Tín Việt, "Van Tin Viet", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our social media management platform available at https://brands.adayroi.online (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Data you provide

• Account data: name, username, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), language, timezone and profile photo.
• Workspace and team data: team names, member invitations, roles and permissions.
• Content: posts, captions, images, videos, files, prompts, campaigns, labels, comments and other material you create, upload or schedule.
• Billing data: selected plan, invoices, transaction references and, for manual payments, the transfer details you submit. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send in support tickets or team chat.

2.2 Data from connected social accounts

When you connect a social account (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube), you authorize us through that platform's official login and permission screens. Depending on the permissions you grant, we receive and store:

• account or page identifiers, display names, usernames, profile links and profile pictures;
• public profile statistics such as follower, following, like and video counts;
• access tokens and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf;
• information about the posts we publish for you, such as post IDs, publishing status and links.

We only use this data to provide the features you request, such as showing your connected channels, scheduling, publishing and showing post status. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

2.3 Data collected automatically

• Log and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps, used for security, troubleshooting and activity logs.
• Cookies: essential cookies for login sessions, security (CSRF protection) and language preferences. If enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how the Service is used.
• Referral data: if you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the referral code to attribute commissions.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and workspace.
• To display, schedule, publish and manage content on the social accounts you connect.
• To provide AI features such as caption generation, rewriting, planning, review, image and video generation.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions, credits and affiliate commissions.
• To send service emails such as account activation, password resets, billing receipts and important notices.
• To provide support, keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To analyze usage and improve the Service.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example, when you connect a social account or accept non-essential cookies). We process personal data in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, and other applicable data protection laws. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

• Social platforms: content and instructions are sent to the platforms you connect, solely to carry out the actions you request.
• AI providers: when you use AI features, the prompts and content you submit are sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or others configured for the Service) to generate results. These providers process the data on our behalf.
• Payment providers: payment gateways offered at checkout (such as Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer) process your payments under their own privacy policies.
• Infrastructure and service providers: hosting, file storage, email delivery, link shortening and analytics providers that help us run the Service.
• Your team: content and activity inside a shared workspace are visible to the workspace owner and members according to their permissions.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our users, the public or us.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. TikTok, Google and YouTube data

Data received from TikTok is used only as permitted by the TikTok for Developers guidelines. Content you publish to TikTok through the Service is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you connect a YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and can review the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google security settings.

7. Data retention

• Account and content data are kept while your account is active.
• Social access tokens are kept until you disconnect the account, the token expires, or you delete your account.
• Billing records are kept for the period required by Vietnamese tax and accounting laws.
• Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to be informed, to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to request a copy of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• update your profile and settings directly in your account;
• pause or delete any connected social account from the Channels page at any time;
• delete your account from your profile settings;

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

9. Data deletion for connected platforms

To remove data we received from TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube:

1. Delete the channel from the Channels page in the Service. This deletes the stored access tokens and profile data for that account.
2. Optionally, remove our app from the platform's own settings (for example, TikTok: Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > Manage app permissions).
3. To delete all remaining data, delete your account in the Service or email nguyendinhcuong@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm once the deletion is complete.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and optional two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication.

11. International transfers

Our service providers, including AI and infrastructure providers, may process data outside Vietnam. When we transfer personal data abroad, we take the steps required by Vietnamese law and other applicable laws to protect it.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the Service.
